The Southern District of New York was also investigating Cohen for scams related to the taxi business and others. It could have been “Plead guilty to these with no trial and implicate Pres. Trump, or we’ll make sure you get 20 years for these other things. Work with us, and maybe they’ll disappear.”

Agree that’s exactly what happened. Cohen must have known Davis was working for the ‘RATS and the Clintons, not him. Knowingly not representing a client’s best interests and having the client plead guilty to bogus charges should merit disbarment of The Clinton Toilet Brush...but they won’t.
