if that really is the case, then He’ll likely lie and claim he was directed to do so in order to cover everything up and keep it hush- This is going to get ugly i think-
I believe that’s where the charge of misuse of campaign funds comes in. But I assume that each campaign has a financial person/accountant who oversees the checks coming in & going out. They can’t expect the candidate to do that themselves. So, unless Cohen can prove that Trump told him to do that, I don’t see where Trump is involved in anything illegal in this matter.
