We, The People, need to take up The Constitution, and MAKE them do it, by whatever means may become necessary.
Since US school systems haven’t really taught American history for a long time most millennials don’t even know what the Constitution means. A lot of them even think socialism is better than capitalism in spite of what has unfolded in Venezuela. What you suggest is right but that probably can’t be done without them.
