Good observation. If he had problems paying Federal taxes, it seems logical he would have the same problem paying NY city and sate taxes..
I think the more interesting question is why did the prosecutor bring the plea deal to court in the middle of August instead holding it for an October Surprise.
It’s legally a nothing burger and only good for smearing the president in the court of public opinion for a couple of news cycles. So why the premature use/ammo wastage?
