This is an excellent article.

From the article:

This entire sorry spectacle is no more than another feeble attempt to overturn an election wherein the “chosen one” Hillary Clinton inexplicably lost.

After 16 months Robert Mueller and his unfettered and unrestrained army of prosecutors are no closer to achieving this ultimate objective, so Michael Cohen, thanks to his foibles, stupidity and greed, was the pawn in the latest gambit.

The actual plea deal - cut though to the primary source.

1-5 are “evasion of assessment of income tax liability”

6 is “false statements to a bank”

7 is “causing an unlawful corporate contribution” (listing a bunch of allegations and actually using the word allegations)

8 is “excessive campaign contribution” (listing a bunch of allegations and actually using the word allegations)

Davis is spouting opinionated crap for gullible Trump haters and they are lapping it up.

Good article. I agree with the entire premise. I just think Trump has waited too long. Not one single person has been arrested(of the DS). Everyone on Team HRC has been given Immunity despite there was no bigger fish charged??? All of BHO’s gang are raking in $Millions. Meuller doesn’t seem to care that millions of voters know he is letting all the Dems off the hook without so much as an “I;ll look into it”. When does the Storm commence?

So, let me get this straight, the lawyer for Clinton Inc. represents Michael Cohen without payment, and negotiates a plea statement that is exactly what the left has been trying to fabricate for more than two years?
Might be time to think about an ethics complaint, representing Cohen without payment to create all the anti-Trump spots that Davis did yesterday sure seems to show a conflict of interest.

Here is a misleading headline:
With Michael Cohen’s Guilty Plea, President Trump Has Been Implicated in a Criminal Conspiracy...The New Yorker

Totally false narrative....President Trump IS NOT IMPLICATED in any way to a crime.

FAKE NEWS ABOUT THIS IS EVERYWHERE....

The defense lawyer and the prosecutors conspired to use the accused's guilty plea solely to smear a third party in the realm of public opinion.

Cohen is a potted plant of a lawyer.

This whole charade and the timing are actually an attempt to delay nomination hearings for Kavanaugh.

Exploration into the legal proceedings reveal dubious merit for any actions against President Trump in either case in the news. They are only designed to smear his reputation (like the dims haven't been doing that for a few years now) with a legally uninformed public.

The dims are betting they can win the senate in the midterm and block Kavanaugh's confirmation. Until then, they have to delay the confirmation hearings to achieve that dream.

Has everyone forgot that since time immemorial, whenever a candidate is found to have received campaign contributions from a questionable source, once it has been revealed, they simply return the funds or donate them to some charity.

The Perjury set-up is Cohen tapes. If Trump & has parade of clown lawyers are not aware of that, they, and he, deserve Impeachment.

This is unbelievable and the impeachment writing is all over the wall.
Now it makes sense why so many Republicans aren’t seeking reelection. They are going to vote to impeach which they know would be career suicide. It is the more preferable choice to receiving a bullet in the back of the head from the deep State monsters.

“Congress shall make no law...abridging the freedom of speech”

In mid-October 2106, polls showed that Trump was almost certain to lose.

Trump was really buying the right to speak clearly on political matters.

Trump had the Constitutional right to try to speak without getting drowned out by a blond strident strumpet enraged after discovering a hotel bed wasn’t a casting couch for a Trump television program.

Political speech should be the most highly protected form of speech.

The payments to Trump’s shady ladies amounted in total to about 1/3000th of total campaign spending for Hillary Clinton.

https://www.opensecrets.org/pres16/candidate.php?id=N00000019

Trump was relying on his state-licensed lawyer for legal expertise. The lawyer could have walked down Fifth Avenue and probably raised the needed funds in small amounts. In the PPACA case, the Supreme Court said the Supreme Court could have imposed a tax instead of a mandate penalty. The Supreme Court should give President Trump a pass just like it gave a pass to President Obama.

“Congress shall make no law...abridging the freedom...of the press”

The Trump campaign was the second largest press organization in America in 2016.

If it choose to source information from the Russian government, it had the Constitutional right to do so.

The text of the plea deal is here:

https://www.scribd.com/document/386758387/386756075-Michael-Cohen-Plea-Agreement

Cohen shorted the IRS by about $1.5 million.

The plea deal doesn’t bind Cohen’s city or state.

My question is: Even if Trump asked Cohen to make that payment to Stormy Daniels, is it not incumbent on Cohen to properly research the legality of it within the context of campaign finance law, then go back to Trump and say “no, we’re not doing that?”
