Everyone on Team HRC has been given Immunity despite there was no bigger fish charged??? That's the whole problem. Trump can't do anything about that. No magic replacement for Sessions would or could either. Trying to revoke immunity deals would probably be deemed illegal.

Immunity goes through DOJ leadership and even the IRS. SC can’t give immunity on his own; no US Attorney can.
