Well, I'm pretty sure that if I shoot up heroin while sitting in front of the police station, I'm gonna get arrested.
On the other hand, the question is an odd one, as technically, an anti-abortion law would not let a man get an abortion either.
And since Kamala clearly believes that a trans-man is a man, and since trans-men can get pregnant, and get abortions, she seems to be quite transphobic here, denying that trans-men would "suffer" from abortion regulation.
I wonder if Kamala ever thought about protesting the long-standing law that prohibited women from getting silicone breast implants. I mean, sure there was some sketchy evidence that they might be health risks, but if a woman liked the look, and didn't care about the risk, who was the government to deny her right to do what she wanted to with her own body?
