More accurately, Democrats demand that Justice Kavanaugh fall into their lame trap... if he answers with personal opinion, he gets to be accused of making a decision before hearing a case (the literal definition of prejudice), as well as opening the door for recusal demands... if he does not give personal opinions, then he is being evasive... and if he answers properly and substantively, they take his comments out of context and making broad accusations anyway (see the abortion pill statement).
They have nothing to offer America anymore, and are hoping to fool enough voters for NOV. Nothing more.
I wish some Senator had asked Kavanaugh if Ginsburg should have recused herself from the same-sex mirage hearing, as she had performed many of them.
