This happened to a small restaurant owner close to me, had a small burger joint GREAT burgers, a Mexican Taco truck started parking and selling food at night in the adjoining parking lot!!! Due to the fact they did not show up until AFTER 5:00 government offices closed he was battling a brick wall!! This truck was not inspected by health department probably paid no sales taxes or other taxes they ran the guy out of business in 6 months!! It was such a small little business but GREAT food I was so sorry to see this happen to him, I might also add that of course the truck paid NO RENT, or utilites
The sidewalk Restaurants around here setup Tables with Tablecloths and chairs, have a Waiter and Take up about 100 feet of the ENTIRE Sidewalk. They pay NO Taxes, Have No Facilities of ANY Kind the poor Business Owner with his extraordinarily high rent/lease, employees,insurance,work comp,... and all the inspections and laws that govern them is SCREWED once Again to pander to CRIMINAL INVADERS!
THEY PAY NO TAXES! And as far as I am concerned the State has entered into a Conspiracy to Violate Federal Tax Laws and the entire Legislature and the Governor should be in PRISON!
