I represent a woman with credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge. We will be demanding the opportunity to present testimony to the committee and will likewise be demanding that Judge and others be subpoenaed to testify. The nomination must be withdrawn.

Judge Kavanaugh understands precedent...and how precedent is established.
He will not withdraw. For doing so will bring down the Constitution and the American form of government by establishing the precedent that the mere utterance of a lie...any lie...will pervert the American system of government if that lie supports the cause of those who oppose the American system.
Kavanaugh sees this much clearer than any of us do. He’s being asked to stand in the gap and I believe he is a patriot and will stand. The outlook if he does not is communist or fascist government.

Wouldn’t it be a hoot if the IRS were to take a *very* close look at this punk’s tax returns...personal and corporate...going back about 10 years!
It is had to believe that Trump will be able to find anyone willing to put themselves through this smearing. If it isn’t Kavanaugh, it may be no one, even if the Republicans keep the House and Senate.

Some thoughts from Paul Mirengoff over at Powerline:
First, Ramirez says she was completely inebriated when the misconduct supposedly occurred.
Second, she told the New Yorker she wasn’t certain what happened until “after six days of talking with her attorney” a former elected Democrat. According to Farrow and Mayer, “in her initial conversations with The New Yorker, [Ramirez] was reluctant to characterize Kavanaugh’s role in the alleged incident with certainty.” But one can do plenty of brain washing in six days.
We’ve all heard of the “MeToo” movement. Now we have the “MeToo, My Democrat Attorney Thinks” movement.
Third, Ramirez doesn’t even claim she saw Kavanaugh do anything; only that someone yelled out that Brett had done something.
Fourth, none of the other dozen people the New Yorker contacted said that Kavanaugh was even at the party where the misconduct allegedly occurred, let alone that misconduct actually occurred.
Fifth, multiple other students went on the record disputing that this happened.
If someone did stick a penis in her drunken face.
If that person was Kav.
Maybe Kav could say he was there and she offered to blow everone.
If he drops out, I hope POTUS recess-appoints him as AG after firing Sessions, RR and the rest of the swamp rats.
I am ashamed of this country and what it has become. This man is destroyed. The GOP had majority of all and have p*ssed it all away. There is now a chance Trump is one term. The leftists will keep hitting the wasp nest of angry women.
Boulder is orobably not a coincidence. It seems to be a center of extremely bad activity.
But that isn't the point is it. The point is what Grassley has allowed is is surely a complete idiot if he didn't see this coming.
