By being the swing vote, the straw that broke the ruling's back. Kennedy, whom he's replacing, was considered the exact center of the court, and was in the majority probably more often than anyone else. Now, that will probably become Roberts, who is probably more conservative then Kennedy, but apparently vulnerable to coercion. He should take this opportunity to retire and get replaced with a less vulnerable CJ.

I’ve become somewhat pragmatic about abortion in my old age. Conservative women can’t be compelled to have abortions. Abortions primarily kill the spawn of liberals. Fewer to shoot later when CWII breaks out.

Planned Parenthood has always been the problem. It is the money stream for Democrats. Abortion should be conducted in a safe clean clinic/hospital. If at all. Planned Parenthood should get back into the contraceptive business like back in the 1980’s. Abortion isn’t safe.
The Republican-led Senate has passed a Defense appropriations bill that includes funding both Planned Parenthood and research that uses the fetal tissue from aborted babies.

Roe V Wade decision was based on doctor - patient privacy, as I understand it. There has never been a supreme court ruling saying that a woman is entitled to an abortion.
From what I’ve read from Judge Kavanaugh’s decisions, here’s my guess. It’s not likely that he’ll decide against Roe v. Wade, but you’ll see far better decisions on the issue.

I get your point, but effectively Justice Kennedy alone repealed a whole lot of reality by a one vote bare majority: marriage, economic freedom in healthcare, and U.S. border sovereignty.
