He just signed up to twitter this month, claims he's a physicist and that he's posting from a consulate. He also doesn't know that the report of Judge Kavanaugh's mother being the judge who presided over Ford's parents' home foreclosure was fake news (per his tweet below). I'd say he's trolling.
