You have to schedule the vote in advance, ie give notification. SO, if Grassley waits until after testimony, the vote wont occur until next week.

Put Di Fi under oath at the hearing and get to the bottom of how this mess came to be. I’m sure the mass public will be watching and would learn something.like the time McCain was bumbling on the senate floor.
