The Senate Judiciary Committee is inquiring about at least one additional allegation of misconduct against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, according to a letter obtained by NBC News and multiple people familiar with the process.
Republican Senate investigators asked Kavanaugh about the new complaint, NBC News has learned, during a phone call on Tuesday between Kavanaugh and committee staff. Sources told NBC News that Kavanaugh denied the allegation in the letter during the call and a spokesman for the committee declined to comment.
A Republican aide on the committee said the conversation took place shortly after noon. While Republican staff posed questions to Kavanaugh, their Democratic counterparts were also on the call but did not ask any questions.
According to an anonymous complaint sent to Republican Sen. Cory Gardner of Colorado, Kavanaugh physically assaulted a woman he socialized with in the Washington, D.C., area in 1998 while he was inebriated.
The sender of the complaint described an evening involving her own daughter, Kavanaugh and several friends in 1998.
“When they left the bar (under the influence of alcohol) they were all shocked when Brett Kavanaugh, shoved her friend up against the wall very aggressively and sexually.”
“There were at least four witnesses including my daughter.” The writer of the letter provided no names but said the alleged victim was still traumatized and had decided to remain anonymous herself.

What’s amazing is that the only script the Democrats use to slander and demean Conservatives is sexual abuse. Nobody is every accused of being a thief, a blackmailer, an extortionist, a counterfeiter, a spy, a drug trafficker, a bank robber, tax evader, etc. It’s always about sexual abuse, and the allegations are always from back in the Dark Ages.
So let me get this right:
1) The accuser is anonymous;
2) The victim is anonymous and won’t come forward;
3) This alleged crime occurred in front of multiple witnesses, including the accusers daughter;
4) Yet all of the other witnesses are also anonymous;
5) This alleged event occurred 20 years ago.
Well, that seals it. This is an airtight case.
Yup. Any woman in the United States, anywhere, can stop a GOP Supreme Court nominee.
Any woman can veto any Conservative Supreme Court nomination.
And if it works here, it will work for other nominations to other positions.
When Liberals are out of power, they work to make the country ungovernable.

This is absolutely abhorrent. NBC News is the same outlet that put out that deleted Facebook story too, the one that "corroborated" Dr. Ford (even CNN told them they shouldn't have done that.)
Here they even go with the meme that Trump's presser today was negative about Kavanaugh. Furthermore, they are trying to pull what The New Yorker did, and report not on anything of substance, but that the committee was "looking into" something, which is probably true of a million different things.
I'm sorry, I thought my opinion of them couldn't be any lower, but those cretins at NBC News have sunk to unimaginable new lows. There is nothing they won't print right now if they think it's negative about Kavanaugh.
They're paralyzed by fear of alienating women voters. They're scared of their own friggen shadows.

Well here is the answer to “It was 36 years ago.” Next, a woman had her leg humped by Kavanaugh yesterday at the checkout line at Aldis.
Fear might be one motivator.
Another would be that the RINOs and ‘Rats, aka the uniparty, Deep State, The Swamp, share the same goals.
