I had to listen to NPRs coverage of the hearings because my AM reception was so bad. One of their female hosts said that Kavanaugh was “so angry it was like he could hit you”.

Once Kavanaugh is confirmed and seated on the SC, his opinions will carry as much weight as any other justice on the court.
How and where the LA Times thinks that his "impartiality" is going to be negatively affected or impacted is a mystery to me.
