Reuters published a story on September 30 with the good news that China has begun cutting some of its tariffs. Although this is quite good news there is a mystery as to why China decided to make those cuts since until recently a trade war with the United States had been threatened.
Is there anybody responsible for this shift in trade policy? And who would that be? You can search all you want but you won't find the identify of that Invisible Man in "China to cut import tariffs on wide range of products."

To the extent weeks before the election, they’re talking about Kavanaugh’s throwing in a New York bar and writing a letter about a condo in college and how Trump cheated on his taxes... three decades ago.
They can’t talk about the incredible things happening to America today. Theirs is the party literally stuck in the past.

Yes, I have noticed that this is the latest corrupt MSM tactic. When there is good news to report they completely exclude any reference to Trump or the Trump administration. They refer in the most generic terms to the U.S. economy, or the U.S. trade etc.
Reuters sucks.
