A 5-4 conservative bench is nice, but soon a 6-3 bench will be even nicer . . . and I’m still trying to wrap my head around a 7-2 bench. I mean, heck, the liberal justices might as well not even show up.Made me grin - they will just manufacture some boilerplate dissenting views to email in....
