Verification of any credible sort that these are actually looters and not the home owners?
Some were caught on tape by news crews. I saw two young blacks in a closed store that left with a filled backpack.
Not B.S. Nearby with friends in PCB. 2 officers reportedly shot dead. War zone at night from Panama City downtown north to Lynn Haven. Homeowners up 24-7 doing armed shifts. Looters everywhere. At this time “warning shots” from homeowners appear to be working. Gangs moving on to soft targets. Very bad.
Not Florida but the current Texas floods - We ran off a probable looter. The guy came in through the shut gate next door and was snooping around yesterday. Hubby went out to see what was up and the guy got all nervous and hurried back out the gate and drove away. It was a person who lived down the street and well known for having sticky fingers and knew the owners wouldn’t be there. That very reason is why we brought everything that washed into their yard into ours.
