Is it a “scam” if they get the merchandise they paid for?
Were there copyright or trademark violations? If not then I don’t understand what the issue is.
Or is the issue NOT that it is a ‘scam’, but that the money isn’t going to the organizers and the intended political effort?
The scam part is that there were no events. They were
selling items for fake events which never happened.
