Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen warned Sunday that the illegal immigrant caravan heading toward the U.S. could be exploited by cartels that control most of the illegal flow of people through Latin America.
Ms. Nielsen also praised the efforts of Mexico and Central American governments she said are working with the U.S. to try to contain the caravan, rather than enable it.
While some among the once-5,000 member caravan have given up and returned to Honduras, local reports say about 2,000 people have barged into Mexico and vow to press on to the U.S., defying the will of the Mexican and American governments.
Warnings of a get-tough policy from U.S. officials have done little to deter the migrants, who for years have seen relatives and neighbors easily jump the border to enter the U.S. with little consequence. The ease of entering is a selling point for the cartels, who control the drug and human smuggling routes into the U.S. and require payment of a “mafia fee” just to cross the U.S.-Mexico boundary line.
Court records show that fee typically runs from $1,000 to $2,000. That doesn’t include thousands of dollars in other fees that cover foot guides, drivers, stash houses and the rest of the illegal journey.

Looks like they could get some military transport planes at an AFB along the border of Arizona, have the Army pick up the people, finger print, take a mug shot, extract some blood. Tell them they will look at their case, ONE BY ONE, at the Embassies of the countries from whence they came, strap them in, and drop them off in Ceiba Honduras, San Pedro Sula, and Tegucigalpa. Give them a sack of french fries... and open the door and let them off.
Don’t call them IMMIGRANTS. They are NOT.

Someone should warn the people in the caravan that they are trying to come to a patriarchal rape culture or something.
Here’s the deal... Cartels are opportunists, they are going to load this crew down with Guns and Drugs to be muled into the states. This will be an invasion of ARMED Smugglers when they reach our borders.

I was just listening to Fox and Friends, and a female democrat operative maintained that the caravan consisted mostly of women and children. She was not challenged nor laughed at and off.

Wait till these ‘migrants’ find the weapons caches the caravan financiers and leaders have in place. Probably will see a few thousand military age ‘migrants’ sporting military hardware by the time they hit the US border. If there are caches of food, water, supplies along a 1,700 mile route, you can bet there’s some protection mixed in there. Cartels have completely militarized and roam the US side border areas in uniform sporting AKs, the ‘migrants’ is just the larger Army.
How long is Soros’s money going to last? Why can’t the government just confiscate or seize all his assets and take the financing of this and all the other garbage away from him? obozo calls our president a “tin pot dictator” so let President Trump just go ahead and play the role...
Can you imagine the reasoning behind amassing a fortune simply to undermine the country you have chosen to live in and I assume - as well as becoming a citizen? Yank his citizenship and send him packing with one suitcase - to Israel would be a great destination!

I heard a female on FOX over the weekend - I never know who they are on weekends as they bring in the B team or even the X team. She asked a guest (don’t recall just who) if they really believed there would be “criminals” among the crowd as if it was just absolutely the most absurd notion anyone could possibly have..I have no idea why they aren’t just shouted off the set - ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Would be interesting to find out the real source of the 80% young men. Ex military, criminal or released prisoners. I'll take a bet that Honduran prisons are probably fairly uncrowded these days.

I think the management of this invasion, funding and day to day transport, nutrition, and waste, human and otherwise, is a significant expense.
Since it's directed to breaking the law, our laws, I think we, Justice Dept answering to President Trump, needs to take a serious look at what's going on. It's not a one time thing.
Soros, sure, he's an east target. And could well be involved in financing, though it will be through surrogates.

To groups like Hizbollah and the cartels, given a target rich group, what would they pay to infiltrate clean "emigrees" Need to look beyond Soros. Though his groups may be considered, I'm not sure they're the threat
