President Trump has put the thousands who are advancing to the U.S. border on notice: To those in the Caravan, turnaround, we are not letting people into the United States illegally. Go back to your Country and if you want, apply for citizenship like millions of others are doing! But there is no chance that they will heed his words. They will continue to advance inexorably toward the United States, and what will happen when they get here? A likely answer to that comes from the recent border protests in Gaza.
The Jerusalem Post reported last May: Some 40,000 Palestinians took part in violent demonstrations at 13 different locations along the fence, throwing stones, explosive devices and Molotov cocktails at the fence and IDF troops, as well as burning tires and launching burning objects such as kites with charcoal or containers of burning fuel with the intention of setting fires in Israeli fields, the IDF said.
This was a Hamas operation. That same month, Aaron Klein reported in Breitbart: Hamas, desperate over its increasingly precarious situation in Gaza and eager to please Iranian paymasters, has escalated the premeditated, openly violent campaign aimed at breaching the Israel-Gaza border and attacking nearby Israeli communities. And Hamas official Salah Bardawil admitted at that time: In the last rounds of confrontations, if 62 people were martyred, 50 of them were Hamas. IDF spokesperson Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus noted: This proves what so many have tried to ignore: Hamas is behind these riots, and the branding of the riots as peaceful protests could not be further from the truth.
Indeed. But Kleins observation was correct: This while the news media hypes Hamas-provided casualty counts and portrays the Gaza rioters as peaceful protesters frustrated that there is no Palestinian state and angry that the U.S. moved its embassy to Jerusalem. In doing so, the news media are actually advancing Hamass cause.
Predictably, the UN sided with Hamas against Israel. World Israel News reported in June: The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) Wednesday rejected a US motion against Hamas, but affirmed a Palestinian-led initiative against Israel that condemned the Jewish state for the actions it took to prevent thousands of Gazans from overrunning its border fence.
So what will happen when the migrant caravan reaches the U.S.? It is likely that caravan organizers are working from the Gaza playbook, and hoping that something very similar will happen. American troops will deny the migrants entry into the United States, leading to photogenic incidents that will be spread throughout the world as evidence of the brutality and inhumanity of the Trump regime.
Incidents are not likely all that the globalists who are sponsoring this migrant caravan are hoping for. They are almost certainly hoping that the confrontations will get ugly and even violent, and that outrage over them will fuel Democrat midterm victories although if they do, it will be because the migrants, not the military, made it so. Nonetheless, in the media, all the onus will be on Trump.
Its a lose-lose situation. Even if the military handles the migrants with kid gloves and no one gets so much as a hangnail, the establishment media will portray the American soldiers who are stopping the caravan as redneck thugs, mindlessly operating on the orders of the racist bigot in the White House. And if the migrants are not stopped, and enter the country, the same media will howl that Trump has not kept his word, and cannot be trusted.
The overall idea is to create one more splash of shrill, hysterical negative publicity for Trump and the Republicans before the midterms and as you read this, trucks are carrying these supposedly pedestrian migrants toward the border in time to influence the elections. Whatever happens, the sinister forces behind the caravan know that the media can be relied upon to spin it in the direction they favor, just as it did in Gaza. Will the UN also condemn Trump for his treatment of the caravan? Bank on it.

But we have attacked civilians before. And we've warned them.
This is an invasion, with more surely to come if we don't respond appropriately. It's full of MS-13 and other gangsters including, in all likelihood, ISIS, al-Qaeda and Iranian agents. I do think it qualifies as an invasion, from Wiki:
An invasion is a military offensive in which large parts of combatants of one geopolitical entity aggressively enter territory controlled by another such entity, generally with the objective of either conquering; liberating or re-establishing control or authority over a territory; forcing the partition of a country; altering the established government or gaining concessions from said government; or a combination thereof. An invasion can be the cause of a war, be a part of a larger strategy to end a war, or it can constitute an entire war in itself. Due to the large scale of the operations associated with invasions, they are usually strategic in planning and execution.Fits almost to a T.
We cannot harm women and children. We must protect them, without keeping them.
With the strong, military aged men, we must do everything legal and moral to keep them out of our country.è
It seems that our military could rather quickly unwind a few miles of barbed wire coils from trucks at strategic locations where the ‘caravan’ is anticipated. It would be a cheap & rapidly deployed wall as needed although admittedly not very architecturally attractive. Back this up with tear gas or PSYOPs if a breach is attempted. We could have have some US troops on the Mexican side of the border providing a sort of tent city with bologna sandwich etc to show how humane the US is. Yes we can deploy short distances across the border as a national defense prerogative ... We did that for Pancho Villa, Cochise, right?
The problem needs to be solved in Mexico, by Mexico, well before the caravan reaches our border. Allowing an organized force of 10,000 or more aliens, to cross Mexican territory for the purpose of invading our country is an act of war for which Mexico is accountable. If Mexico refuses to do this, we ought to move the shortest distance needed into Mexico to protect our border. This might include disruption of the caravans transportation, or its financial and logistical support, either at the site or at its origin. In the end, it might include corralling the caravan into camps on Mexican territory. The caravan would then be transported by ship out of Tampico or Vera Cruz back to Salvador or Honduras. This will bring us to the edge of war with Mexico, and cause huge upheavals in Mexican politics for generations, but it is better for both of us to sort this out now. Nothing will be gained or made better by waiting.
POTUS needs to recall his ambassador from Mexico and close the US Embassy there until the “caravan” is delt with.
Active Denial System
They were offered sanctuary in Mexico and turned it down.
All bets are off.
Terrible idea to blow up a bridge with bus loads of civilians on them. If the only peaceful way to stop them is to destroy bridges and roads, so be it. But let it be non-lethal.
Better look at Europe!
Since this is WAR; so it is NOT mass murder, it is merely the destruction of an ENEMY DIVISION attacking the United States.
Might actually work to blow up some bridges ahead of the migrants’ advance. Dare the Mexican Wehrmacht to counterattack, supported by the mighty Mexican Luftwaffe.
In 1967 the Israelis blew up the Allenby Bridge to prevent its use by Syria. Then for months the newsreels showed Arab civilians crawling over collapsed girders to get into the occupied West Bank.
Interdiction of avenues of approach may be the only option since Mexico is doing nothing to slow down the `caravan’.
Anyone who crosses our border illegally should be shot. What’s the problem?
President Trump has the authority to close the border. Let no traffic of any type through, until the Mexican government deals with the invader caravan.
I would love to see them have to deal with hordes of invaders instead of us having to for a change.
How does it feel you guys?
You don’t like it so much, do you?
Optics, man, optics. Trump is no Putin and he does have to worry about elections.
The coyotes will stick the women & children in front (kinda like the pallies in Gaza) and will be in the crowd prodding them forward with guns jammed into people’s backs.
Might take widespread use of nonlethal crowd control. Pop CS forty yards in front of the mob if the wind is right. They’ll stampede to get away from it and then there will be casualties.
No easy solution. Watch “One Minute to Zero” with Robert Mitchum where an American colonel has to call artillery fire down on a column of Korean refugees which is infiltrated with communists.
yes that is what I would, deploy a short distance across the Mexican border and construct camps. The Mexicans and the liberals would have exploding heads as would a bunch of liberal judges but I don’t think they could do anything about it. Are the Mexicans going to go to war? I don’t think so. The migrants are stopped outside the USA so the Democrat judges are powerless. There is water and bologna sandwiches and tents if you want to spend months or years there but the only door is south.
