Early and absentee ballots must be counted first, and provisional ballots not allowed...this is why Soros bets all on Secretary of state elections to get everything under his rules.
If it doesn't happen real soon, elections will be just for show with predetermined outcomes.
The next election they’ll be able to tell us the results the day before.
I honestly feel every election, local and state, the Left can win everyone without much effort...it is provisional and absentee ballots they just see what they need and just create them. Unless each state changes laws to disallow provisional and absentee must be counted before election day, nothing will change.
The Democrats has this rigged and it will only get worse.
