I have no problem with President Trump showing respect at a WWI memorial. But if anyone thinks he is also not working (he can do so effectively anywhere in the world), they aren’t paying attention. This likely also may have been a “look at my left hand so you don’t see what my right hand is doing” prestidigitation. In fact that would be classic Trump.
