That’s my take as well.

It’s not that they have to count them all. It is that they have to review them all. Those that are valid will be counted. Those that are not, will not.

IF every single provisional ballot has to be checked in person against the person who used it to vote, how long will that take & how much time will the courts keep allowing for this?

The “Do-Over’ crowd may be correct.

However, I would shut down the count as of Tuesday night.

That is not what happened in Broward County, FL. The counted illegal alien votes and all. It is not clear yet if they will get away with it in FL.
