The only defense to California is the end of birthright citizenship,(unconstitutional citizenship,) and representation based on the census of citizens, (no state representation gained based on non-citizen population.)

The 14th amendment requires that the parents have entered the country legally, having stated an intent to take up permanent residence (”under the authority”).

Here is the fact, California has a look of an global state. I grew up in the 70’s in Orange County and we were a 100% white or near that beach community and for the most part everyone voted the same or conservative. We have NEVER been represented by a Democrat in my district in my entire life.
That said, when living here now just look around and you will see whites are the minority. Just yesterday at out shopping at one of the nations biggest malls you will see the new face of California, a mix of nationalities like no other place I know.
Yes New York is known as a melting pot, but here in California we have communities so large now from other parts of the world it is astonishing. We have a massive Latino population, a large and rapidly growing Asian population. In Orange County now there is growing Indian and Muslim communities as the county has jobs in areas that these people come here for as well as education.
This is for now coastal phenomenon. Here in California we are the Pacific Rim and Mexico to the south at our border. The rapid change is difficult for many long time Californians. Yes, the older white populations that have been here many generation.
What has happened here is that all these minorities have taken a side. They have bought into the idea presented by the left and the media that white America is your enemy. Orange County was one of the last bastions and it now has the look or has become closer to LA and SF in its make up.
It has become a simple equation here for the Democrats. They have had an easy time convincing these new minorities that collectively now are the majority that Old White Men waving Old Red White and Blue stories peppered with old patriotism doesn’t really represent them or they simply do not see their face in that light.
This is where Republicans have a huge battle. Tying all that history to the new America or Americans. It is now going to take a heroic effort to beat the mantra taught at our schools and listened to from our media.
First, or at least here in California young, bright, articulate leaders will need to emerge in the political ranks. Right now the Democrats can throw about any candidate they want and get a victory as the Republican bench is thin herein our state.
I admire those here whom have left as I think about this often. The notion of leaving my birthplace and home is heartbreaking for me and my wife. My instinct is however of one whom should stay and fight and defend my ways, my home.
I believe the outcome in 2020 will have much to do with my future decision. For one more cycle i say “Game On”.
For the record, I didn’t originate that. I can’t recall who did, but it is so on the money and appropriately derisive.
When they cheat, they go big...no screwing around with just a couple of hundred votes.
