It was these same Europeans who enthusiastically helped the Nazis round up the Jews living amongst them knowing quite well they they would be put to death. Spare me the sanctimony............................... Denmark????
The Danes are credited for their resistance to the deportation of Danish Jews and for aiding their escape to Sweden, and rightfully so. But, the Danish Waffen SS troops aided the German troops who attempted to round up the Jews. Even in Denmark, the evil doers were present.
