The first is her correct name in Mandarin, the second and third are “western” names, given to her no doubt, later.
At least that is what it appears to me.
Two is at least, the minimum that any Chinese has, who is at all western. You’ll notice all of the names contain the word “Meng”. It is first in the all-Chinese name version. That name however, is last in the western versions.
That is her family name, I believe. It is written first in Mandarin. The opposite is the case in the west, where her given name(s) come first.
