NEITHER ONE is improving.

There has been $1.5B of wall built and another $1.5 being built. The pace is slow though and Trump needs to play hardball on it.
Are you posting from the U.S., or from Vietnam — where your economy is built on Chinese imports and you buy almost nothing made in the U.S.?
