Yes, but that was never going to be an outright thing. My view is that it as always going to be via a combination of decreased remittances to Mexico from the US, potential taxes on remittances, changes in trade deals, and by a decrease in things like medical expenses and other money spent on illegal immigration - which would then have to be dealt with in Mexico by Mexico.
