It’s not what you know but who you know in government jobs. She might have a JD, but I doubt she ever seriously practiced law. I would bet her resume is nothing but a series of government jobs based on her party affiliation and afirmative action and her actual experience in urban planning is zero. I have a masters degree in urban planning plus doctoral level credits and decades of experience and never made that kind of money.
