The comment I responded to was: "the judge is giving Gen Flynn a chance to withdraw his guilty plea before he passes sentence"

Obviously if the General withdraws his plea then there is no sentencing. If there is sentencing, then the judge would be both convicting and sentencing. Flynn could waive his 6th amendment rights, then that could happen.

It’s not over, Rose. The next generations are not useless. You must not lose hope. My bit of optimism has to do with the hope that, perhaps the judge will take into consideration the malfeasance that occurred on the part of the FBI in its ambush of Flynn and not insuring that a lawyer represent Flynn during the questioning.

Just left a message on Judge Sullivan’s Chamber phone telling him he has disrespected his office and his robes, and asking him to step down for the good of our country. May not do any good but I can’t “do nothing” any longer!!!
