This is garbage - billions for them no wall for US.

Pour in the cash.
End all foreign aid
It corrupts us, but also corrupts the countries and governments that receive it.
It does not benefit receiving countries. It HURTS them.
This isn’t needed. Those who passed NAFTA assured us that it would create so much economic activity in Mexico that it would end any economic incentive for Mexicans to enter the US illegally.
Problem already solved back in 1993.
The congressional thieves to enhance their own personal fortunes. once again find a way to strip the taxpayers of more of their hard earned cash

Mexico has the same resources the USA has. They have lots of oil and other natural resources but they have a corrupt gov’t. We should not be sending any money their way.

Me too. I've been trying to call WH all morning. Trump shouldn't sign this if he gets no $$$ for the wall. For Optics, he should agree to not make $5 Billion contingent on signing budget, but he should refuse to sign budget if this $10 Billion is in it. Put the blame on Democrats for 10 billion in foreign aid.
Appeasement. Never. Works. Use the money to build the wall.
