All this is 11th hour grandstanding after they failed to back Trump up when it counted. Now they crawl out of there safe spaces and complain about no wall funding. Bet we’ll see the same in the Senate—voice vote gives them cover to claim they opposed the bill. Pathetic. All talk, no action. Republicans had control of both houses and the White House. They have completely squandered it.
No, you are mistaken. Trump folded, quit, didn’t fight. Whatever you want to call it. Last time around he offered Never Again. Well, here it is and guess what, he’s folded again. Explain that, twice. This is no different than an abusive spouse or parent apologizing and saying they won’t do it again. Trump is no more credible.
He needed to get on prime time to explain this to the American People! He would have won this battle. I am sick over this. Maybe the midterms took a toll on his energy. He seems to have slowed down.

Hey, I’m frustrated too. But Trump is out there completely isolated and struggling just to survive. Trump layed down the law as a rallying cry a few days ago. And every repub in DC left him out there to hang in the wind alone. Trump must have decided this was a battle he could not win. Are you suggesting he should die on this hill, to hell with the rest of his presidency?
Let us “encourage” our Congress critters to do the right thing for the future of American citizens!

Yup! He has backtracked on allowing another atrocious spending bill to cross his desk that he will sign this going against what he said last time. He also said he was releasing the FISA unredacted as well as the texts. He hemmed he hawed and now the texts are poof gone. These are facts and no amount of offering one good deed for the next or excuse can change these facts. He is evaporating his base each time he says he is going to do such and such and it doesn’t get done
