No one did it but our President himself. On this issue he painted himself into a corner by trusting in those thousands of tweets. Tweets don’t lead they just bloviate. Using your bully pulpit in the first 6 months to incessantly slam Congress on the wall would have sent a message. But no he signed an omnibus informing the public never again and here we are again it’s Groundhog Day. Instead this time he doesn’t have Congress and we won’t get our wall.
