President Trump announced that he will address the nation on Tuesday night before traveling later in the week to the U.S.-Mexico border, as he seeks to highlight border security and presses Democrats for wall funding amid the protracted standoff that triggered a partial government shutdown now stretching into its 17th day.
"I am pleased to inform you that I will Address the Nation on the Humanitarian and National Security crisis on our Southern Border. Tuesday night at 9:00 P.M. Eastern," Trump tweeted on Monday.
Trump plans to address the nation from the Oval Office, in a first for his presidency.
His travel plans to the border were revealed earlier in a tweet by White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders.
“President @realDonaldTrump will travel to the Southern border on Thursday to meet with those on the frontlines of the national security and humanitarian crisis. More details will be announced soon,” Sanders tweeted.

This is one of the most significant and historic speeches from the Oval Office in decades. In the obvious national emergency of open borderes and illegal alien invasion ,it is almost over due . All networks must cover or be completely ruined in history . It is time for the left to meet the Boss. God bless America and the great president you have bestowed upon us.
After the President delivers a speech at the border, the democrats, MSM, RINOs etc. will vilify, besmurch and generally attack the President...
All the while not mentioning Jimmah Carter, Bill Clinton and 0bama doing the exact same speech (or close to it).
Take them 30 to 45 minutes after the speech to coordinate their attacks.

Trump better wake up and damn quick. He should declare national emergency and inform any court attempt to halt will be charged with treason. If he don’t he will lose me and millions of his followers.
There are faint rumors of the networks not wanting the American people to see this historic moment from the Oval Office. If that is true . The president has the power to sieze the airways in a national emergency, such as that ., under Emergency powers act used over 100 times by our presidents. And he should do so in this time of national emergency. It is imperative that even poor people unable to watch the paid cable/ satilite new channels by political propaganda vomiting networks . This is of superior national interest and the people must see what is about to happen with out the normal lie inserted “ fake “ spin.
Organs of propaganda do not care about their place in history.
I hope this is a public reply. It has come to my attention that most major news networks will not be carrying Trumps message to America. Currently some are still debating. I trust Fox does. I guess the bias and hatred for things just good and right continues.

They simply don’t want to carry it because everyone watching will agree with Trump and the common sense tactics of defense he will lay out to the people. They are afraid of this.
If they don’t carry it, he should repeat it at the SOTU broadcast.
