Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee say John Huber, the special prosecutor tapped by former AG Jeff Sessions to investigate FISA abuse by the DOJ and FBI still has not interviewed key witnesses and they want answers.
Mark Meadows (R-NC), Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Doug Collins (R-GA) sent a letter to special prosecutor John Huber on Monday demanding answers by a January 21st deadline.
“Your investigation has been ongoing for over nine months. During the course of our extensive investigation we have interviewed more than a dozen current and former DOJ and FBI personnel, and were surprised to hear none of these potentially informative witnesses testified to speaking with you,” the GOP lawmakers wrote.
The Republican Congressmen then blasted Huber for being a no-show at the December hearing where Clinton Foundation whistleblowers Lawrence Doyle of DM Income Advisors and John Moynihan of JFM Associates testified.
“Further, last month, then-chairman Mark Meadows invited you to testify as a witness at the Subcommittee on Government Operations’ hearing ‘Oversight of Nonprofit Organizations: A Case Study on the Clinton Foundation.’ We were disappointed to learn from the department that you were not enthusiastic about testifying when declining the invitation.”

The question ALL should be asking is while Congress is doing their job WHAT IS THE PRESIDENT DOING WITH HIS DOJ!? He can demand the special prosecutor answer Congess’ questions or be fired. He can also release those FISA documents and the texts between Page and Strozk we were promised long before midterms but since then everyone here on these boards have “convienently” forgotten. The DOJ controls this show not Congress and the man in charge of DOJ is our President.

He was let go and then Trump rehired him. He is now a Trump appointee.
Congress cannot enforce this if the DOJ declares that it would interfere with an ongoing investigation.
Republican lawmakers want answers from Huber? All they need to do is to contact some Q-followers on this site to find the answers as to what Huber is doing.

Great question, I’m with Trump over the rest of the swamp. But the fact that he doesn’t declassify anything after months of threats. Twitter talk only goes so far if you never take action. Many positions still unfilled.

As a Trump supporter, who actually believes the global socialist left ultimately conspired with foreign agents from the Kremlin to sell our Uranium to Russia (knowing Russia was rebuilding it’s nuclear weapons capability), to arrange for hundreds of billions of dollars in dual purpose processing farms (Skolkovo) which would be used for the development of weapon platforms such as Russia’s hypersonic glide vehicles, and alligned US Foreign Policy in defense with Moscow (simultaneously following the Kremlins desire for no western missile shield), and then carrying out a Coup against an elected POTUS, I do not want to be misconstrued as somehow accusing Trump.
But the message needs to be communicated to the White House, the perception of a White House not willing or able to defend itself against all of the FALSE accusations and charges, actually lends itself to the legitimacy of the same charges.
Additionally, this very real attack against the US, our liberty, and our Constitution, creates an untouchable ultra left wing authoritarian regime, which can forever pick (undemocratically), who the American people will serve, and truly and abruptly, will prove terminal to our Liberty, Constitution, and our way of life!
