I was at CVS looking to buy shaving cream. There was a sale on Gillette products. I took a look and got angry. I purchased the generic product and it was still cheaper.
I’ve been holding off on switching razor companies despite Gillette’s fantastically overpriced products because of familiarity with them, and laziness.
No more. Never again Gillette unless and until the ad is retracted and a proper apology issued, including removal of those responsible.
Harrys is an excellent razor. Ditched Gillette years ago. Bic makes excellent disposable products although they are now French owned.
Bye Gillette like red lobster we have decided to make another company rich and famous and you can slowly and painfully disappear
Hey, “Gloria Steinham” - just iron my damned shirts!
Gillette. Now available exclusively at Target and JC Penny’s
Gillette and whoever foisted this political correct, leftist bull@ on them should be experiencing an absolute nightmare for their idiocy, unless they are truly, and it's possible, too stupid to figure out what went wrong.
Sorry, Gilette, I don’t buy shaving stuff from sissies...
Seriously.
On a related note ... It's no longer the official razor of Alberta's Child.
Is this new campaign why Gillette snapped its ties with Hardik Pandya?
Most major corporations have gone over to the left. They are run by people who are carried away by the current insane hysteria sweeping the nation.
Had to go through training about how normal men need to be corrected any time they act like men. Was required to keep my job.
I ran the training videos with the sound off, and just pretended to be an ugly, man-hating, feminazi when I took the required quiz. Got just enough to pass and make my employer happy.
Gillette just pulled a “Last Jedi” maneuver.
Since Millenial snowflake guys typically sport scruffy beards, Gilette really shot itself in both feet and in the arse with this.
Bizarre journalism. First it says that the ad split online opinion. A ratio of 10% to 90% is hardly split.
The stupidity of the Gillette ad is mindboggling. Here you have a male grooming product that relies on testosterone for success and the numbskulls wish it away. Of all the lame-brained shoot yourself in the foot marketing ads, this one tops the list. Madison Avenue wussies reside in another universe.
PG the company that brought you toxic shock syndrome now has toxic masculinity. Maybe Gillette will market a male tampon?
Gillette has come a long way from the “toxic masculinity” of the past.

It is dead to me!
