OK, I read the whole article and still have no idea whether this is good news or bad. Any UK freepers care to weigh in?

The first half sentence of the article should be a clue.

Theresa May has sustained the heaviest parliamentary defeat of any British prime minister in the democratic era...

Since May had watered down the agreement and made it essentially useless...I see it as a good thing.

We need to find out what Nigel Farage is saying about this. Whatever he says is right on.

My understanding is that this leaves the "no deals" Brexit in play. In "Article 50" of the union deal there exists an allowance for a simple "exit" if a withdrawal agreement cannot be negotiated successfully within two years of the announcing intent to exit. It appears Theresa May attempted to lock Britain into the EU rules indefinitely with the wording of withdrawal agreement she promoted. By rejecting this agreement, the simple severance remains the go-to exit strategy. This is a good thing for Britain.

Bad news for Brexit, good news for globalists who want to countervene the will of the voters.

It’s bizarre to watch May fight for something she doesn’t want and to pretend she’s upset about losing a vote she wanted to lose.

The longer this drags on and the more chaos that builds, the more likely a new referendum will be held. Without Obama around to cock it up by shame lecturing the citizens, the remain side will likely win the revote.

Shameful.

I don’t care, the U.S. will continue to dominate on all levels and that’s not going to change. They all hate Trump anyway so f them.
