A voter who is either 65 or older, infirm, or otherwise unable
to get to the polls on voting day can elect to vote by mail.

Early voting in person at designated voting locations is a 10 day period
in which they may vote also. These locations are scattered thru out
the county and voting ends the Sunday before the Tuesday election.
