Actually the quisling judge involved stated in the order that the gubmint had the absolute authority to put the question on the census, but the Orange Guy didn’t follow proper procedure.
He should not appeal this ruling. He should IGNORE this ruling.
Considering the question was on the census from 1890 to 1950, IIRC, putting it back on should not be a prob, eh? :-)
