Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office on Friday issued a rare statement disputing a bombshell news report claiming President Trump directed Michael Cohen to lie about the timing of discussions over a proposed Trump Tower project in Moscow.
“BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony are not accurate,” Peter Carr, a spokesman for Mueller’s office, said Friday.

Now, the mueller coup denies any knowledge of the leak.
Mueller had Cohen's testimony long ago and knew he had nothing and probably leaked to ABC's Jonathon Karl on Sunday to tampen down expectations. "Anti-climatic"
Anti-climatic would not be leaked if this Cohen story was substantiated. Palace intrigue.

There’s fake news and then there’s this story. This came from the mueller coup, imo.

The benefit Trump gets from this is that yet another “bombshell” story turns out to be a dud. In other words, the media machine is crying “Wolf” one too many times, people outside the Democratic party start discounting whatever they say and if there is finally a leak with some truth in it (hopefully not), its impact will be less bc most of us will be wondering if it is yet another media-manufactured lie.
Deep State will not win this one.
This Cohen story struck me as trouble for DJT, but quick reflection told me it was another Wolf cry which we've learned to ignore...so I did.

Exactly. I have read that Trump knew Barr was friends with Mueller and still picked him. Joe DiGenova and Victoria Toensing are all-in for Barr. A good sign.

Apparently Buzz Feed is standing by their story. Maybe they’ll drop their source from the special counsel.

The fake wolf cries seem to be penetrating mainstream. Camerota on CNN who broke the story was even sceptical.
The media is jumping on literally every single thing they can find against Trump, without any type of verification.
They are doing incredible self-harm to their own profession’s credibility.

Base on Mueller’s statement, is the whole BuzzFeed article crap ? or parts of it ? or...
BuzzFeed updated their story to include Mueller’s statement, but they aren’t backin off of it.
The RATs aint gunna let go of this any time soon and I’m guessing Buzzfeed was punked.
The story is extremely serious and will surely lead to Trump’s impeachment IF TRUE......oops, it is not true.
Maybe Buzzfeeds documents are fake.
