Actually, I saw a notice at my local market that the EBT crowd is getting their payments early due to the government shutdown. I kid you not.

The most recent credit went out early - now weeks ago. Now, they're following it up with reminder messages to BUDGET the funds, not just blow them because they arrived early.

Like that will help. If they were budget minded they wouldn’t be on welfare. If they were paid early they’ll spend early, it’s already gone.
