An Internal Revenue Service analyst in San Francisco was the source of government records showing that Michael Cohen, when he was President Trump’s personal lawyer, funneled millions of dollars from foreign companies, as well as an alleged hush-money payment, into Cohen’s illegal shell company, federal prosecutors charged Thursday.

I deal with the IRS all the time in my law practice, and they are pathetically slow and have horrible IT practices. I wouldn’t doubt that hundreds of people have access to Trump’s personal and business returns. It is only a matter of time until one of them - probably in a hotbed of anti-Trump sentiments like SF or Fort Lauderdale or Madison/Austin/Berkley - downloads and leaks. Stay tuned.

There have been too many years of slapping these Minions on the wrist.
Why have I never felt the need to break the conditions under which I was employed? And I’m sure I’m not alone because I have worked with many fine professionals who would never break the conditions under which they were employed.
So, when a government minion breaks the conditions under which they were employed they need to be punished and the punishment needs to hurt, and many other workers who have the same idea of breaking the conditions of their employment need to observe what happens to somebody who breaks the conditions of their employment.
It is that easy. Bastaite talks all about it in his book “The Law” and why there is a need for the law, and how the law has to be more painful then the act that the criminal is undertaking, that way the Criminal Mind might give pause to the fact that the punishment will far outweigh the little bit of pleasure they receive from breaking the law or the conditions of their employment in this case.
