Yes, governments pretending re the binary nature of sex is a sign of serious decay. Here are some other cases of governments pretending things to be true that aren't true:
Pretending that witches are real --> Witch hunts/ unjust executions.
Pretending that black people aren't fully people --> justification for slavery.
Pretending that Jewish people aren't fully people --> the holocaust.
Pretending that preborn people aren't fully people --> millions and millions of cases of death by abortion.
Pretending that homosexuality is normal --> the problems are only beginning.

Ever wonder why the Bible never mentioned the United States in scripture? But china, Russia, middle eastern country etc, are, except the USA? We were meant only to rule as a superpower to help Israel for 242 years. In my opinion God is finished with us!! There is so much chaos around the world that it is prime for the antichrist to come and take his place as the Bible mentions! I believe we are in the latter days...don’t know if there will be a per-rapture or post-rapture... if we stay as here on this earth during the tribulation hold onto your bootstraps because we haven’t seen nothing yet ! The wrath of God will be horrific and terrible!! Come quickly Lord Jesus!!
I’m eighty and my parents and grandparents heard the droning of the end of America up to WWII and afterwards.
Then, it started again in the mid to late 50’s.
Go back to a lot of the early posts on FR, and the end was there then and now.
The challenges have been there before we became a country and after we became a country.
All civilizations begin their fall when they decide there is no morality higher than man’s ambitions.

The values inherited from Christianity and Judaism no longer have any influence on what happens in “Western Civilization.” Agnostic materialism has replaced those values.
The USA will not collapse any time in the foreseeable future. Most of Europe is in full collapse mode, as national boundaries are erased, all vestiges of Christianity/Judaism are suppressed, and the way is paved for *slam to become the dominant world view.
France, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Greece, the UK are on the brink of disaster, and they don’t know it.

I’m amazed that, all things considered, the USA has stayed so strong for so long.
I believe technology will render equal many cultures and geographic locations. The quality of peoples lives will be determined by digits and code much more than ethics and interpersonal relationships.
I'm a few years older and I must concur. Almost every time an article like it appears it will be by a liberal democrat.
That bunch is always seeing the darkest side of everything. They can't be happy about anything and want the whole world to be in misery with them.
You cannot have 60 MILLION CHILD SACRIFICES and NOT be finished as a country!! GOD WILL NOT BE MOCKED!
