No. This is wrong on its face. Sharia Law is the only law for Muslims. There is nothing else. No secular authority.

Actually according to Islam Sharia Law is for every person in the world. Not for Muslims only. Where did you get the idea it was limited to just them?

IIRC, several articles have been posted here on FR with stories of courts in the U.S. showing deference to Sharia law when Muslims are involved. It is creeping in to our society and soon it won’t only be for Muslims, I fear.
