Omar’s hatred of Jews and most especially Israel have forced the Democrat Party to finally reveal its long-simmering antisemitism, which harkens back to the Party’s role in founding and protecting the Ku Klux Klan, especially in the Deep South.

Last week the Democrat Party, led by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, basically came out of the anti-Jewish closet by refusing to specifically condemn antisemitism after Omar, for the third time in just two months, spewed obscene stereotypes about Jews, Israel, and money.

All the Democrats could bring themselves to do was condemn “all hate.”

That one of America’s two major political parties cannot bring itself to specifically condemn antisemitism has a lot of Americans worried, not just those in Omar’s home district.

Great comments.

You are one of the few who correctly called it “Omar’s hatred of Jews and most especially Israel”

Mark Levin recently reiterated that the liberals’ anti-Israel stance is a cover for their being anti-Jewish.

That allows them to say “Oh that warlike, uncompromising Netanyahu is churning the people to have a war over there like Trump does here.”

But without Israel’s issues as a topic, what do Omar,Tlaib and Farrakhan say about Jews? A few words deep in their comments are where the anti-Jewish stance shows itself.

So ironic that Jews have always been linking arms with Dr.Martin Luther King in marches, standing with various people in liberal causes (wrong as they were!) and going to interfaith conferences to promote understanding. Then getting dumped on.

Notice that no one interviews white Christians in Ihlan’s district even though white Christians are an easy majority there.

Can the voters of 5th District in Minnesota petition for and get a recall election?

Not likely that any other agency or organization can do much to dislodge this “dear tick” before the next election cycle.

Otherwise we all suffer from the unending slings and arrows from this spiteful little heifer.

The Vikings had a word for it - “Shield Maiden”.

Didn’t this broad marry her brother? And was that not how she gained citizenship in the US?

I believe both are illegal.

I used to live in the 5th District. It’s always been left of center. But in the last 10 years or so, it has lurched further left. In municipal elections, the Democrat’s main opponent is usually the Green Party, not the GOP.

It is 67% white - but the kind of whites are the over-educated guilt-ridden white liberals who like to feel “diverse”, “caring” and “open-minded” in backing totally unqualified candidates like Omar. Looking at the election results from last August’s primary, Omar did very well in those precincts.

Sadly enough, Omar did have serious primary competition too. Her opponent was a former speaker of the state house of reps and was well-funded and a good campaigner - but the 5th District voters were all about “diversity” and identity politics.

Omar will have this district as long as she wants it. The only way she loses is if she is perceived as not being left enough - something unlikely to happen.

a pillar of progressivism .. ??

Minniesoda has given us its share of sane politicians occasionally, and then ,, welll, then there is Ohan’s district.

In San Francisco, they call it a pile of progressive crap, not a pillar.

I think the point is being missed.

Black’s own the hate card. They will not allow the hate card to be diluted by including jews. Thus, the legislation had to be inclusive so blacks would not be disrespected.

The Black caucus is destructive to the party and most importantly to America

This is politico-cultural analysis and is not racist
