After months of adulatory hyping, it is just now dawning upon Politico that Beto is just a shallow showboater.
Not really. They want a year long primary horse race and don’t want any candidate to break away in the beginning. So they are bring Beto back to earth.

McAulliffe still might get in. Forgot about him.
There was a name I didn’t recognize, Williamson. Some nut who is Oprah’s “spiritual adviser”. Ran as an “I” for Congress in 2014 in Cali, got big endorsements, placed 4th.
She polled higher than John Deleany and Steve Bollock.
