If you go to the Justice Democrats website there is a form where visitors can recommend ANYBODY to run for Congress. They are actively recruiting people from average, blue collar backgrounds to run. Given the anti-establishment mood of the country this is at once very cunning and quite dangerous. And once elected these folks will generally be in over their head and open to outside direction from nefarious sources.

Cunning yes, I’m not sure about dangerous, unless you mean the stupidity of the average Leftist dangerous.

But in another way, I like the idea and perhaps conservatives should do the same. I’d be happy if EVERY GOP member of both the Senate and House be replaced by well-known FReepers, for example.

Yeoman farmers, workmen, business people, etc, should be elected to serve, but it seems to be 99% lawyers.
