you also had people that were very fine people...there to protest the taking down of, to them, a very, very important statue and the renaming of a park from Robert E. Lee to another name.

Robert E. Lee was a Nazi and Trump called the pro-Nazi demonstrators fine people. QED. /s/

Lee wasn’t`t a member of the NAZI party.

Get a grip.

That is a slanderous lie. Lee lived LONG before National Socialism was ever created. Furthermore Trump called the people protesting the removal of heritage sites/ statues fine people - not the folks from central casting masquerading as racists. The destruction of America’s heritage statues is just as bad as when the Taleban destroyed Afghanistan’s heritage / Buddha statues. People who are against the destruction of a country’s heritage ARE by definition fine people. I think you owe everyone from Dixie an apology for your demonization of General Robert Lee. Lee was asked to run the Northern army, but declined as he was from Virginia so had to stick with his people. A little thing called honor. His memory was further immortalized in 1979 when The Dukes of Hazard named its Dodge Charger muscle car after him. Calling him a National Socialist so recklessly is disgraceful.
