Indictments speak for themselves, if you’re investigated but not indicted, why should anyone know what you were investigated for since the absence of an indictment says you did nothing wrong. Or at least nothing that could be proven in court, which in this case is the same thing.

Nice words by Rosenstein but DoJ has ALWAYS gotten around their rules of not injuring anyone not actually indicted by simply using the phrase unindicted co conspirator. Boom...a person’s name and reputation are attacked even though they were not charged with a crime.
